Feasibility Study

The feasibility study (FAISA - APS / APD) is a preliminary stage in an architectural project. Its aim is to assess the feasibility and conditions of a project before committing significant resources. This phase ensures that the project is technically, financially and legally viable.

    • Cadastral map / Site plan

    • Study of the PLU (Local Urban Plan) and other regulations

    • Surface area tables according to type of project (SDP, SHAB, floor area, gross floor area, parking, etc.)

Concept Design

In an architectural project, the design phase comprises several essential stages in the development of the project (PRO / DCE / MARCHÉ), from the initial concept to the technical documents required for its realization. It allows you to project yourself into your future construction, thanks to detailed plans and photorealistic visuals.

This stage also provides an initial budget estimate, and marks the start of the consultation process with companies for the building site and construction work.

Architectural Supervision

During the construction phase, we work with partner companies appointed by the client, who act as project managers (MOE EXE) and oversee the entire project.

As design project managers (MOE), we accompany the project through to completion, providing architectural supervision. This includes targeted site visits at key stages of progress, to ensure that the aesthetic aspects, technical choices and designed details are properly implemented.

 

Our presence ensures that the architectural coherence of the project is maintained throughout, working closely with the construction team.
